  • We strive to make renting trade show assets a seamless process. Start by selecting your rental period dates, beginning with the date you need to receive your items by.

    Explore our diverse inventory, including banners, backdrops, and more. Once you’ve identified the perfect items for your event, simply add them to your shopping cart and proceed with checkout.

    We’ll arrange for the displays to be delivered to your event location on or before the start of the rental period you select. Once your event has ended, disassemble and repackage the order and use the included Return Shipping Labels to send the order back to us.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact [email protected]. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect event setup.

  • Please handle all trade show items with care. These items will be used by other Papé Team Members for future events; therefore, we like to keep them in great condition.
