Please handle all trade show items with care. These items will be used by other Papé Team Members for future events; therefore, we like to keep them in great condition.
Upon returning your rental items, the items will be cleaned, inspected and stored in inventory for future use. If the rented item(s) are damaged beyond repair during rental period, additional fees may apply.

We strive to make renting trade show assets a seamless process. Start by selecting your rental period dates, beginning with the date you need to receive your items by.
Explore our diverse inventory, including banners, backdrops, and more. Once you’ve identified the perfect items for your event, simply add them to your shopping cart and proceed with checkout.
We’ll arrange for the displays to be delivered to your event location on or before the start of the rental period you select. Once your event has ended, disassemble and repackage the order and use the included Return Shipping Labels to send the order back to us.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact [email protected].
We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect event setup.

Return shipping labels are included with every order. Rental items and all associated hardware (if applicable) should be repackaged in the same manner as received.

Rental items should be returned as soon as possible, following your event’s end date. Event end date is defined as the ending date entered as your rental period. If rental assets are not returned within 5 business days following your event end date, future rental orders placed by other Papé Team Members may be affected and additional fees may be assessed.

When you're ready to place your first order, simply click the Checkout button in your Shopping Cart. You’ll be prompted to sign in or create a new account with Tradeshow.Pape.com (FPW Media). To create an account, click the Sign Up button and enter your full name, Papé email address, and a password. Please select Company as your account type and review our Terms & Agreements. A confirmation link will be sent to your email; once you confirm, you’ll be able to log in and complete your order. For all future orders, signing in will be quick and easy using just your email and password.
